Throughout the years there have been numerous misguided judgments about what bipolar issue is, the thing that the side effects are, and how it is dealt with. Bipolar confusion, otherwise called hyper burdensome sickness, is a cerebrum issue that causes irregular moves in state of mind, vitality, action levels, and the capacity to do everyday assignments. An individual who has â€Å"mood swings† doesn't naturally qualify them for a finding of bipolar issue. The qualities of bipolar issue are huge moves in state of mind that go from hyper scenes to profound burdensome scenes in waves and valleys that never end. About 2% of Americans have been determined to have bipolar confusion, all the more regularly known as hyper despondency. Researchers are continually considering the potential reasons for bipolar turmoil. Most researchers concur that there isn't one single reason, however is brought about by a blend of natural and ecological components. Despite the fact that it has not been demonstrated that bipolar issue is innate, it tends to run in families. Kids with a parent or kin who has bipolar turmoil are considerably more liable to build up the disease, contrasted and youngsters who don't have a family ancestry. Bipolar patients are bound to utilize mind changing medications to attempt and self-sedate subsequently making conclusion a harder procedure. â€Å"Doctors analyze bipolar confusion utilizing rules from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV). To be determined to have bipolar turmoil, the indications must be a significant change from your typical mind-set or behavior† (Youngstrom, E., 2012, October 23). The following is an outline showing the diverse mind-set changes and social changes between a hyper and burdensome scene. It was once believed that there were just two sorts of bipolar issue, yet now the ailment has been separated considerably further into a few unique issue. Bipolar I issue is the most serious type of the ailment withâ extreme hyper or blended scenes that last in any event seven days. â€Å"Bipolar I issue is portrayed by in any event one hyper scene during your lifetime. As a rule there are burdensome scenes too that most recent fourteen days, anyway you don't have to have a past filled with sadness to be determined to have bipolar I issue. Bipolar II issue is characterized by encountering both a hypo-hyper and a burdensome scene. To meet the measures for bipolar II, a past scene of gloom is fundamental, alongside manifestations of less extraordinary madness enduring in any event four days† (Caponigro, J., Lee, E., Johnson, S., and Kring, A., 2012). Cyclothymia is characterized by an example of incessant and regular temperament changes. These mind-set changes are not as extrao rdinary as those accomplished in hyper scenes. The finding is dependent on the amount of the time some kind of changed move is available. The vast majority determined to have Cyclothymia will in general feel very â€Å"up† or very â€Å"down† in any event half of the time. This determination isn't considered until those state of mind changes have proceeded for quite a while: for the most part one year for young people and more than two years for grown-ups. These scenes should keep going for at any rate two years without over two months of a steady mind-set during that opportunity to fit the bill for this determination. Some different meds that are endorsed for the treatment of bipolar are Trileptal, Topamax, and Neurontin. Since it is accepted by some that bipolar issue is brought about by a synthetic unevenness in the mind, these drugs have been viable in rewarding bipolar issue, however they are not viewed as powerful medicines for bipolar side effects. Antipsychoticsâ medications are utilized to diminish maniacal side effects and bringing down fractiousness, and they can be the quickest method to treat an intense hyper scene. Antipsychotic prescriptions are typically expressed during an intense hyper stage while the patient is in the medical clinic, and utilized as an upkeep treatment after the patient is discharged. Influences of gender roles and behaviors - 1375 Words

Influences of gender roles and behaviors (Reaction Paper Sample) Content: Influences of gender roles and behaviorsStudent:Professor:Course title:Date:Influences of gender roles and behaviorsReligion has a considerable effect on gender and sex in contemporary society, and it strongly influences how men and women behave. Sex is essentially understood as the physiological or physical distinctions between females and males, including their secondary and primary characteristics. Conversely, gender is understood as the cultural or social differences associated with being female or male (Henslin, 2009). Gender can be considered as a social construct since it does not exist naturally; rather, it is a notion that is created by societal norms and culture. The position that has intrigued me is that the behavior of people in the contemporary American society is largely influenced not only by media, advertisements and commercials, but also by religion. I agree with the idea that how men and women behave is influenced by gender codes as well as standards or norms that have been created by society, and not influenced by biological sex. The purpose of this paper is to reflect on the topic of Gender, Sex, and Religion. In the film Codes of Gender, the author brings to the attention of the viewers the way people behave in society, the way they dress, and how they want to present themselves actually has nothing to do with biology. Rather, it is influenced by gender codes as well as expectations that are put on them by their society male roles versus female roles , and it is also reflected largely in advertising and commercial industry in which women and men are presented in the way that the society wants them to be. This left me thinking about my own behavior as a woman and how a lot of things that I do in terms of body language, dressing, and even talking perhaps did not originate from biological sex. Instead, they resulted from a mixture of both social influence and commercial industry. Religious attitudes and beliefs have a signific ant impact on gender identity, and in most instances foster stereotypical beliefs against women and bring about gender discrimination. Power (2011) observed that religious influences in a society as regards the view of sex and gender can be well described with the concept of institutionalized sexism. Whenever a given society has certain norms, people who live in those societies would develop similar viewpoints and will behave accordingly. This is evident, for instance in Muslim nations and with other religious groups. People have the tendency of conforming to their religious group and they would do the same even when engaging in behaviors that are discriminatory since they want to blend in and become accepted by their religious group normative conformity (Andersen, Logio Taylor, 2005).Religion certainly has a major influence on how men and women should behave in society. In Muslim societies for instance, men and women are required to behave appropriate to religious, cultural, or s ocial codes gender roles. These are formed in order to differentiate between what is regarded as feminine or masculine gender. It is of note that these gender roles are, in essence, learned within a given cultural and social context, and they are affected by both economics and education (Gallacher, 2013). In actual fact though, gender roles in Muslim societies usually affect women adversely and in so doing impede their self determination in several areas such as their status in the family, their socioeconomic status, their life expectation, independence, health, rights and freedom gender bias (SafraProject, 2013). Even though the Koran views both women and men as equal in human dignity, this ethical or spiritual equality has not been reflected in a lot of Muslim laws. Muslim women, for instance, do not have the same rights of making independent decisions regarding their choice of marriage spouse, getting a divorce, as well as custody of their children. The key to this challenge h as been the reinterpretation of some verses in the Koran which it seems privilege men over women thereby reinforcing gender roles (SafraProject, 2013). The Christian religion teaches that a man and a woman are equal before the eyes of God given that both were made in the image of God. It teaches that the man should lead, protect and provide, and the wife has to respect, submit and serve as a helper and her role in the society entails caring for her family and children. If a female would like to obtain the same status as her husband with regard to setting rules for the children, then the woman is seen as defying God himself (Gallacher, 2014). Over the years however, gender roles have loosened considerably, especially from the role that womens liberation movements and feminism have played. In essence, unlike the Islam religion, Christianity is not very radical regarding gender roles in society. Nonetheless, the fact that in Christianity men are expected to be protectors while women ar e expected to take care of the household and be submissive has greatly influenced the society. This is because men are now supposed to be strong, masculine and powerful, and protect their women, whereas women should be soft, docile, subservient, gentle, defenseless and powerless who are protected by their men in society (Aronson, Wilson Akert, 2011).In essence, how men and women behave is based on standards or norms that have been created by society. As people grow, they learn how to conduct themselves from those people who are around them. In this process of socialization, children are usually introduced to particular roles which are commonly associated with their biological sex (Power, 2011). In most societies, masculine roles are normally associated with dominance, aggression and strength, whereas feminine roles are normally associated with subordination, nurturing as well as passivity. Henslin (2009) observed that gender socialization typically begins at birth, and it takes pla ce via 4 key agents of education, family, mass media, and peer groups. The society today is very quick to outfit girl infants in pink and boys in blue. Over time, repeated socialization leads both women and men into a false sense that they are in fact behaving naturally instead of following a socially constructed role. The expectations and attitudes that surround gender roles are based on overgeneralizing or stereotypes with regard to the traits, attitudes, or behavior patterns of men or women, and not on any natural or intrinsic gender distinctions. It is of note that gender stereotypes generally form the basis of sexism, which means the biased beliefs that value one sex over the other sex. Sexism differs in its severity level. In regions of the world wherein women are significantly undervalued and underrated, young girls might not be provided with equal access to education, healthcare, and education as young boys (Power, 2011). Unequal treatment of women, although illicit in Ameri ca when practiced as discrimination, pervades social life. Discrimination because of sex takes place at both the macro-levels and micro-levels. The American society is known to allow for some level of flexibility as regards the acting out of gender roles. To some degree, women may assume certain masculine roles and men may take on certain feminine roles devoid of serious repercussions. Gender roles greatly shape a persons behavior. Studies have revealed that children are actually aware of gender roles when they are aged 2 or 3 years, and at the age of 4 or 5 years, nearly all toddlers are strongly embedded in culturally apt gender roles (Aronson, Wilson Akert, 2011). Parents usually give their daughters dolls and dress-up clothes which promote role-play, social proximity, and nurturing. Conversely, boys are supplied with superhero paraphernalia, toy guns, and trucks, which are in fact active toys aimed at promoting solitary play, aggression, and motor skills. Studies indicate that toddlers would most probable choose to play and occupy themselves with toys that are gender apt even when there are cross-gender toys around. The reason for this is that parents give their toddlers positive feedback in the form of physical closeness, involvement and praise for behavior that is gender normative (Aronson, Wilson Akert, 2011).The impel to conform to feminine and gender roles persists later in life considering that women are inclined to outnumbering their male counterp...

The Most Boring Essay Topics

The Most Boring Essay TopicsThe majority of essays in every school include a couple of most boring essay topics. This means that if you are in a class where these topics are selected, you should expect to waste a lot of time on your assignments and tests. This is because most of the classes will only focus on these topics and rarely cover topics that you would actually be interested in. Of course, this could mean that you are a 'boring' person and can't participate in class. However, if you focus on topics that you find interesting, then you will have a better overall impression. For example, if you are interested in the color blue, then you will want to read an essay that explores this topic. At the same time, if you want to be a psychology major, then you should read a book on the subject and discuss it with your peers. When choosing your essay topic, try to avoid topics that you have found boring, because this means that you will waste a lot of time and effort and will have an unfav orable impression on your classmates. One of the most boring topics you can choose is the writer's block subject.Writing this topic should be challenging, yet not at all so. Write about how you overcame writer's block to write an essay on that topic and also how you think that you overcame it. This should help to create a positive aura about your writer's block and thus will help you to have a great essay on that topic.Another topic that will be most boring is the topic about TV shows. On the other hand, if you want to be interested in the topic, then you should go out and watch a lot of shows, magazines and other media related to the topic. At the same time, you should always think that these shows are interesting and try to think of the best way to discuss them.Another topic that will be boring is the topic about how many people you know. There are just so many people in the world today that there is no way to write about everyone. So, why worry about it when you are actually inte rested in writing the essay?Instead, try to write about one person and think of their interests and wants. Do not only talk about what they do or where they live, think about what they like or what they do not like. This should lead to a much better essay and you will be more relaxed while writing it.

The Importance Of Ethics In Nursing Practice - 1155 Words

First of all to have an understanding of this paper, and before these cases would be analyzed, the meaning of Ethics must be understood. According to McGonigle and Mastrian (2018), â€Å"Ethics is a process of systematically examining varying viewpoints related to moral questions of right and wrong (p.78). Ethics simply means morals, the relationship between right and wrong, knowing the laws and rules governing certain acts and abiding by them, that is to say following laid down guidelines on how people should operate. The patients/students were promised fidelity as an ethical principle, but that agreement was bridged. And the parties involved caused harm to the patients. There is no difference between the cases, they only differed slightly based on the institution the violations were carried out, and the perpetrators. One was in school, and by a student who necessarily may not have heard or signed the HIPAA, whereas the other was in a hospital and perpetrated by an employee involved in a non-nursing direct care, but have signed the HIPAA. Like earlier mentioned, the ethical principles that applied to case one was nonmaleficence, beneficence, fidelity, which is trust and confidentiality, whereas the second case was also based on nonmaleficence and fidelity, as both patients confidentiality were made public and the trust was lost. Beneficence also means ensuring the betterment of a patient, the two cases did not display this goodness to their patients when their health records were accessed through the database of the institutions from their log in pages. Trends in Modern Day Congress

Question: Discuss about the Trends in Modern Day Congress. Answer: The plebiscite is derived from the Latin word plebiscita which means a kind of direct vote in which a whole voting public is raised to either recognize or rebuff a meticulous proposal. This is a sort of straight democracy. The politics that rise from plebiscite are termed as plebiscitary politics. In this, the campaigning and governing play a vital role. Campaigning is a kind of a fixture in which you have either a winner or a loser, while governing is a development which requires one to be competent enough to make coalitions. In the modern Congress, both of them go hand in hand (Aldrich 2009). The new forms of organized influences include the various new forms of technologies that have stretched their wings almost everywhere and play a key position in the modern Congress (Vergeer 2015). Not only these, but the changing membership and the party control are vital in the sustenance of the modern Congress. References: Aldrich, John H. 2009. Procrastination free essay sample

Do you ever have butterflies in your stomach? You know, the ones that flutter to life when you are nervous about something like homework or a test, because, well, maybe you didnt really do all the work you should have? Or are they something worse than butterflies? Like angry bees? And do you try to justify them by saying you ran out of time or just had too many other things to do? If so, Im just like you, and procrastination almost ruined my life. In tenth grade, I decided to take an online World History AP class since my school did not offer it, and I wanted a challenge. At first, I thought I was in heaven. There was only one due date: January 10. By then, all the assignments and tests had to be completed and submitted. Never had I experienced this freedom in a class. No teacher dictated when an assignment was due or in what order they needed to be completed: it was glorious. We will write a custom essay sample on Procrastination or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page Unfortunately, I promptly used my newfound freedom to not do any work. This began innocently enough. Studying for biology tests, reading for English, and practicing volleyball took up all my time. It was okay to push off the World History work, it could be done later. The entire time, though, my conscience kept nagging me to get to work. I would dutifully sit down at the computer, poised to attack the assignment, but a short time later my resolve would crumble. The assignments overwhelmed me – they required much greater effort than regular schoolwork. No one handed out notes, no one lectured on the material. I had to read the book myself. Without the usual schedules and deadlines set by a teacher, I fell further and further behind. My worries about the workload became a burden that I carried. By December, those worries loomed large, a huge boulder crushing the life out of me. I promised myself that I would catch up over Christmas break, that I could do the work. Delusional, right? Predictably, no homework was done. The holidays were enjoyed by goofing around and spending time with my family. When Christmas ended and visions of fairies and sugar plums faded from my mind, I knew I was in major trouble. The days marched relentlessly on until just one week remained between me and the deadline. With only thirty percent of the class completed, my stress level soared so high that I wanted to die to end the horrible concoction of nerves, stress, tension, and worry. Desperately trying to complete assignments while praying that time would somehow slow, I began to realize that no miracle was going to happen. Was there any way to hide the abysmal F from my parents and school? When I finally concluded that it would be impossible to keep my failure a  secret, I decided to confess. My feet meekly shuffled upstairs where my parents were watching a movie. Huge tears poured down my face as I mustered up the courage to speak. The truth came tumbling out between sobs. After the much  deserved lecture and rebuke, my mom sat down and helped me create a schedule. She researched the class and found that we could ask for a one-week extension, no questions asked. For the next two weeks, I ate and breathed World History, staying up until the wee hours of the morning frantically typing answers, coloring maps, and trying to read five thousand years of history. In the end, I survived and, miraculously, earned an A. But I came away with a healthy fear of procrastination, and the realization that it can grab hold of even the most diligent people.

Homeless Shelters free essay sample

Homelessness is the condition and social category of people who lack housing, because they cannot afford, or are otherwise unable to maintain, a regular, safe, and adequate shelter. Did you know that in the whole wide world there are over 100 million people that have no shelter, and in Canada there are about 200,000 people that experience homelessness in a year? This leaves about 30,000 homeless people every night. This is a big problem worldwide and it may not seem as a big problem within Canada but it really is. We as a society need to address this issue and get the minister of social services to raise the amount of homeless shelters within an area. This is a problem that needs to be solved. As a Canadian Citizen I feel very strongly about this topic for 2 main reasons number one being that I am able to show empathy towards others . Empathy is being able to understand another persons circumstances, point of view, thoughts, and feelings and number two trying to make a difference not only in the country I was born and raised in but in the world. Employee Relation Essays

Employee Relation Essays Employee Relation Essay Employee Relation Essay Table of Contents Q. l) Use your understanding of employee relations to answer the following questions: (i) Critically examine the factors at play which determine the pay and conditions of London underground train drivers Top company executives Investment Bankers Introduction London tube drivers to strike on Boxing strike cause festive chaos(metro. co. uk) are Just few of the headlines that have spread over leading newspapers in the I-JK. Since the late 2008, when recession took over the I-JK economy, the people have been dealing with various adversities which have made life very difficult for workers working in various sectors. In a world where the national average wage in the I-JK is around 26,000 pounds, London tube drivers have agreed a 10,000 pounds increase in their salary which takes their overall pay scale to a whopping 52,300 a year from an already mountable sum of 314th of the UK population is envious with the fact that investment bankers get paid large sums of money in bonuses and other incentives. Barclays paid around 265,000 pounds bonuses which is astronomical amounts of remuneration compared to rest of the UK population. Then theres top executive on the other hand who claim their position is a very ritical one as theyre involved in significant decisions regarding the economy, have two factors such as pay and behavior should be controlled to establish a successful economic structure. Unitarist, Pluralist and Conflict Perspectives Organizational behavior can be assessed through various perspectives. Firstly, having to build cohesive unit with group members and maintaining a harmonious relationship within peers. Managers have the power and authority to control the activities and to foresee that all employees work towards the same goal for the organization (cipd. co. uk,n. d). In terms of tube drivers; they feel their pay rise is justified and all of the workers push towards achieving their goals. This explains the unitary approach shown by the London underground drivers concerning the pay increment. Pluralist approach looks to end the political warfare and management ownership. Ed rose,2008 p27-29). Freedom to express and establish their own values and norms, pluralist perspective believes in power in the society and allocating responsibility. This approach exists in our modern day society that helps us understand employee relation. Conflicting views believes in change in he social aspects through conflicts. For things to change, conflict is necessary to take things ahead. Class conflict is created through the inequality of economics sovereignty within the society. (P Lewis,M Sanders,A Thornhill,2003; pl 7-21). Dunlops Model of Industrial Relations Jim Dunlop in the year 1950 established three agents or actors which are located within an environment confined by various aspects such as technology, product markets, labor and distribution of power. this aspect have an effect on individual and the work surroundings (industrialrelations. naubribub. com, n. d). The guidelines and process is important in understanding the normality of the economy and to analyze the pay determination. There are various markets that operate in those sectors. Hence, it is also significant to understand the mechanism. An ideology is created through industrial relations. It also shares body of beliefs and ideas concerning the roles of the actors and the interrelation which helps bind the system together. Jim Dunlop argued that, the establishment of procedure and rules is the center of attention of an industrial relation system, the establishment and administration of hese rules is the major concern or output of the industrial relations subsystem of industrial society (Barbash, J, Barbash, K, 1989; pl 57) Train drivers are backed by very strong and efficient trade unions. They are responsible in helping them raise their wages. Tube drivers salaries are very high. If we assume to have tube driver wage is in an equilibrium stage, then in relation to the supply the demand for drivers should be high. But the fact is those drivers are not dictated by force but are relatively based on administrative decisions. CEOs have a very big task of running an organization. They have to make key decisions which equire many attributes and certain qualities. Because of the experience they possess and qualification they hold, there is a restriction as to the supply of CEOs in numbers. Hence, their salary increases. Gospel and 5) describes collective bargaining a process by which trade unions and similar association representing group of employees negotiate with employers or their representation with object of reaching collective agreements (M Leat, p:38). As far as individual bargaining is concerned, there are certain needs or demands that need to be well as politically strategic process. Trade unions use three factors to achieve their eeds and want to improve and better the working sector. The three factors are as followed; Collective bargaining Legal enactment Mutual insurance Mutual insurance helps workers that are out of work by providing them with funds. They also help in providing travel allowances. Legal enactment is also known as statutory regulations. Through legal enactment, rules regarding the employment can be made. Collective bargaining is more concerned with securing a good grounding in terms of employment through the combination of various employees. Trade unions are perfect example as they use their collective force to gain a better ground on hings. In order to create a working relationship, responsibilities and services must be agreed which is referred to as conjunctive bargaining. Productive agreement is basic requirements for unions and companies to go into in order to maintain a stable working relationship and to avoid any difficulties that may arise in the future. Conjunctive bargaining provides both parties with the minimum terms of agreement to resolve their conflicting interest (Ed Rose,p:281). Conjunctive, which is formed of co and Joint in context to bargaining relation, says that both parties should be on the same page and support each other. According to Chamberlin and Kuhn, there are certain dangers possessed by this method. For managers, the role or function to manage disappears. Hence, for trade union, managers presence is irrelevant. There is a sense of Job security among employees. (Ed Rose,p:282) Integrative bargaining attempts to seek mutual understanding by bringing together various parties with similar interest. This generally results in a win-win scenario. Integrative bargaining can bring management and union together through which significant progress can be made. Agreement leads to cost efficient production which increases productivity. This results in wages being increased because of the rise in profits. On the other hand, CEOs and investment bankers implement an I-win you- lose policy and try to seek an advantage over others. Bargaining power is the driving force which includes threats, bluffs and counters tactics that consequently determines outcomes. Q. 2) To what extent may large differences in pay within an organisation impact upon employee morale and employee relations? If so what can be done to address the issue? Illustrate your answer with examples. Employee morale and employee relation are two key terms that needs to be understood to determine the differences n pay in organization. Employee relation is defined as the relations that exists and are shared between the employees in a work environment or any organization. According to Gospel and Employee relation is a social, economic and political affiliation through which mental and manual labor are bartered for dependent on employee morale. It is the heart beat of any company. The relationship between employers and employees is very much dependant on employee morale. Efficiency in work can be achieved if the ambience is made better and happier. Overall employee morale means satisfactions in work among employees. In recent times, CEOs pay has had a drastic increase compared to normal average employees. The amount accounted to 27 per cent rise in relation to 2 per cent gained by the workers (bureau of labor statistics, n. d). During tough economic times, the answer to the question about such large pay packages is very hard to understand. According to Micheal Faulkender from the University of Maryland, the one reason could be the huge amount of compensation packages the CEOs get. These CEOs dont deserve the amount that theyre getting and all pay condition should be based on merit (pbs. org,2012). HP paid 10 million dollars to hire its chief executive but only after 11 months was forced to pay 23 million dollars as packages and severance. Until and unless the government starts acting and come up with strict regulation, large companies will be entitled to pay the big CEOs large sums of money and very less to the average workers. They should be paid on performance not on the basis of largeness of firms. 40 per cent of the pay is accounted by the firm size whereas Just 5 per cent is based on performance ( Tosi H, Katz and Gomez- MeiJal, Werner S,2000; p 301-339). There exists discrimination towards the people working in ordinary osition. Evidence has shown that the highest paid CEOs are not top performers. Therefore, the criteria on which they get paid have never been based on pay and performance (Nystrom P, Soofl E and Yasai-Ardekani M,2010; 13(4): 782-805) Dual Labour Markets These market are divided into two groups. irst one being the primary labour market is exemplified by Job security, benefits, huge incomes and very good chance of moving upwards. this can be further categorized into two groups. Workers that advance in their work position due to years of service which are know as primary workers or long term workers. hen there are blue collar workers that are in skilled labour which are referred to as low er primary workers. Secondary Labour markets refers to workers that have little Job security and very low income. ( Beer, P. D. , Schils, T. 009;p81-84) Senior management has a huge hand in deciding the pay for top executives which has a strong influence regarding differences in pay. To stop creating social tension and causing massive havoc, large firm should cut out on paying huge amounts of money for nonperforming executives instead focus on the employees who are on a bottom level compared to them and who work extremely ard for their salary. One party that can play a defining role are the shareholders, they can exercise control over pay conflict and manage the human resource much more efficiently. If not acted upon, this might lead to various problems such as employee absentees, lack of motivation etc. there are various ways through which workers willingness to work and maintain a consistent level desire can be maintained. One is by setting up a employee engagement plans. Individuals can shine in their desired field by practicing equity theory which can help bring organization and management together. Global financial civil war might embark in he future creating financial meltdown. Hence, this financial situation or disparity to protect the core values of the company. Balance of brain brings balance of power. Like the battles for natural resources existed within, theres a more strategic battles that has been supplemented by the ones with talent (economist. com, 2006). The obsession about global talent lies with literally every companies these days from hotel chains to credit card companies. It is no longer confined to companies such as general electric or Goldman Sachs. References Rose, E. (2008) Employment Relations. 3rd ed. Harlow: Pearson Education Limited, p. 7-29 Rose, E.
